  • How do I configure the look and behavior of the schedule public page?

Open the schedule and go to the Public page tab. There you decide how the public link (and the widget embedded in your site) behaves: whether it opens with a slot already selected, how far the visitor can navigate, which slots get highlighted and how the header looks. The link page and the widget show exactly the same thing.

    Before you start

    • The schedule needs its public link turned on (Commercial → Scheduling → Schedules → edit the schedule → General).
    • Every option starts off or empty: the schedule only changes when you turn something on.
    • To upload the logo you need the permission to edit contacts or to edit schedules.

    1. Preselect the first slot

Turn on Preselect the first free slot. The page opens on the nearest day with an opening (skipping months if needed) with the first slot already selected. The visitor can change the day and the slot freely.

Clicking a slot only selects it. The Continue button takes the visitor to the form, and nothing is booked before Confirm on the form. If the visitor changes the time zone, the preselection is recalculated.

    2. Limit navigation to days with openings

Turn on Limit navigation to days with openings. The calendar arrows only go through months with an available slot and days without openings are hidden.

With the option off, the calendar keeps showing every month up to the schedule's advance limit (12 months if the schedule has no limit).

    3. Highlight the next slots

Turn on Highlight the next free slots and set:

    • Number of slots: 1 to 10 (default 3).
    • Window (hours): 1 to 24 (default 3). Only slots that start within this many hours from now are highlighted.

Highlighted slots get a Soon badge in the list and a subtle pulse (no animation for people who ask for reduced motion in their system). The calculation refreshes every minute.

    • Hide the host name: hides the name of who attends at the top of the page and keeps the logo.
    • Subtitle: short text (up to 255 characters) shown below the schedule name. On team schedules, a subtitle equal to the title is not shown.
    • Schedule logo: drag or choose a PNG, JPG or WebP image up to 5 MB (SVG is not accepted). It applies to this schedule and takes priority over the team logo, the workspace logo and the attendant photo.

    5. Confirm the booking in a pop-up

Turn on Confirm the booking in a pop-up. When the visitor picks a time, the form opens in a pop-up over the calendar, with the details that came in the link (name, email, etc.) already filled in, instead of replacing the calendar with a second screen. Change time (or the Esc key) closes the pop-up and returns to the same day and month; while the booking is being submitted the pop-up cannot be closed.

By default the pop-up shows only the time summary and the confirm button: the details that came in the link are still sent, without being displayed. If a required detail is missing, the fields show anyway. Turn on Show the form inside the pop-up to always display the fields.

This only applies to the schedule's public link: the widget embedded in your site still uses the second screen. Links with automatic submission (skipForm) do not open the pop-up.

    What changes for every schedule

    • A day without available slots can no longer be clicked, and no day is clickable while the calendar loads.
    • Calendar navigation never goes past the schedule's advance limit.

    If it didn't work

    • The logo doesn't show: confirm the image uploaded with the preview and save the schedule.
    • The logo upload button is disabled: ask your administrator for the permission to edit contacts or to edit schedules.
    • The widget on your site didn't change: reload the page without cache; the widget fetches the options every time it opens.
