What does social media Insights show?
Go to Marketing → Social media → Insights. The screen adds up the results of the posts published in the period: totals, a chart by publishing day, a table by network, the best day and time and the top posts.
Before you start
- The View permission of Redes sociais — see Roles and permissions.
Where the numbers come from
- Each published upload keeps the latest read from the network. Clickmax reads again every 6 hours for 30 days after the post goes live — see Which results show on a social media post?.
- There is no daily history. The chart shows how the posts published each day did, not how much each day added.
- Days and times follow your browser time zone. The screen shows which time zone it used.
- Left out: deleted posts, uploads that did not go out yet and TikTok drafts, which have no numbers.
- A published post with no read yet counts in Published posts and shows in the notice about published posts that have no numbers yet.
Totals
A dash (—) on a card means no network in the filter reports that number. Engagement = likes + comments + shares + saves; a number the network does not report counts as zero.
Results by publishing day
Pick Views or Engagement. Each bar adds up the posts published that day.
By network
For each network: Posts, Views, Engagement, Views per post and Engagement per post.
Best day and time
A grid of weekdays and hours. The color is the average engagement per post published on that day and hour; the number is how many posts. With fewer than 3 posts the cell is faded and does not count for Best time so far.
Top posts
The 10 posts with the most Views or the most Engagement in the period. Click a post to open it.
Filters
- Period: Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 90 days or Pick dates, up to 366 days. The period uses the publishing date.
- Network and Account.
The filters stay in the page address.
