  • How do I discard bookings with an incomplete name or fake details?

On the schedule, pick a mode under Contact screening. From then on, anyone booking through the public link must enter a first and last name, and AI checks whether the name, company, website and email look like a real person's. The contact is always captured: screening never stops the booking, it acts right after it.

    Before you start

    • The schedule needs its public link turned on (Commercial → Scheduling → Agendas → edit the schedule → General).
    • Screening is off on every schedule.

    1. Turn on screening on the schedule

    1. Open the schedule and go to the Validations tab.
    2. Under Contact screening, choose:
      • Flag only: the meeting stays booked and shows the reason.
      • Discard: right after the booking, the meeting is cancelled (the slot frees up on the closer's calendar) and the opportunity moves to Lost with the reason "Contato suspeito (triagem do agendamento)".
    3. Save.

    2. What is checked

    1. First and last name: the name needs at least two parts. Particles such as "da", "de" and "dos" do not count as a last name, and names with digits do not pass. The form warns before submitting.
    2. Fake or incoherent details: AI reads the name, email, phone and form answers together. It flags details that look fake, like test data or a joke (for example, the name "asdf qwerty" with the company "Empresa Teste"), and details that do not add up.

The AI is conservative: unusual names, foreign names and personal emails pass normally. If the AI is unavailable, the contact is treated as approved. The first-and-last-name rule still applies.

    3. What the lead sees

The confirmation screen is the usual one, including in Discard mode. When a booking is discarded, the lead gets the meeting cancellation email, like any other cancellation.

    4. Where it shows in the CRM

    • Contact: saved in the CRM in every mode, with everything they filled in.
    • Meeting: when you open the meeting, the management link panel shows Flagged by screening with the reason: name without a last name, data looks fake, or data does not add up. In Discard mode the meeting shows as cancelled.
    • Opportunity: in Discard mode it moves to Lost with the screening reason.
    • Contact history: a Booking flagged by contact screening or Booking discarded by contact screening line.

    If it did not work

    • Testing your own funnel: use a real first and last name, or keep screening on Flag only while you test. With made-up details, the booking happens and is discarded right after.
    • Real lead discarded: switch to Flag only for a few days and review the reasons on the meetings before going back to Discard.
    • The opportunity did not move to Lost: if the pipeline only accepts loss reasons from its list, add "Contato suspeito (triagem do agendamento)" to the pipeline's reasons. The meeting is cancelled anyway.
