  • English
  • How do I find and filter my social media posts?

Go to Marketing → Social media → Posts. The list shows one post per row. Use the search and the filters at the top and click a row to open the post.

    Before you start

    What each row shows

    • The thumbnail of the first image of the post.
    • The start of the caption.
    • The icon of each network with a colored dot. The color is the status of that account's upload; hover to see the account and the status.
    • The post date: the first published or scheduled time. A draft without a time on the upload uses the time picked on the post.
    • The post status: Draft, Scheduled, Publishing, Published, Partly published, Failed or Cancelled.

    Steps

    1. In Search the caption, type part of the text.
    2. Pick Status, Network and Account. A post matches a network or account filter when any of its uploads is on that network or account.
    3. In Period, pick Last and next 30 days (the default), Next 30 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Pick dates. The range goes up to 366 days.
    4. Click Newest first to switch to Oldest first.
    5. Click a row to open the post.

The list shows 25 posts per page. The filters stay in the page address: copy the link to send the same list to someone on the team.

    If the list is empty

    • No posts in this period: change the period or the filters, or click New post.
    • No network connected: click Connect networks and connect an account.
    • No account is connected right now: the accounts were disconnected. Older posts stay in the list; to post, connect a network again.
