  • How is the Attendance Conversations screen organized?

The Conversations screen of Attendance (Live Chat) has three columns: on the left, the list of conversations from every connected channel; in the middle, the open conversation with the reply box; and on the right, the contact panel, with the attendance panel at the bottom. Everything happens on the same screen, without switching pages.

    Before you start

    • Role: any member with access to conversations. Owner, Admin and coordinator see every conversation; other roles only see what their scope allows. See Attendant assignment.
    • Where: click Attendance at the top of the platform and choose Conversations.

    The top tabs

At the top of Attendance you find the Dashboard, Conversations, Tasks, Pipelines tabs and, when available, Automations and Email. The Email tab only shows when there is a connected mailbox you can reach. A tab your role cannot open shows a padlock.

On a phone, these tabs become an icon bar at the bottom; see How to use Live Chat on mobile.

    The conversation list

The left column brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, webchat and email conversations together in a single list.

    • Who handles: the Mine, Queue and All tabs show the conversations you are assigned to, the ones nobody is assigned to yet, and every conversation your role can see.
    • Search: the Search by name, email or phone... field finds the conversation by contact. See Find a conversation by the contact's email or phone.
    • Filters: the filter icon narrows the list by Status, Reading and reply, Service channels, Agent, Priority, AI agent and AI reading. Clear filters removes every filter at once.
    • New conversation: opens the contact picker to start a WhatsApp conversation. See Start a WhatsApp conversation from a contact.

    The open conversation

The selected conversation sits in the middle. At the top, the conversation header shows who the lead is, which account they reached, who is answering, the Max reading and the next commitment. Below come the messages and, at the bottom, the reply box with the Reply and Internal note tabs. What you can send from there is in How to reply to a contact in Live Chat.

Each message has its own actions (reply, react, copy, forward); see Why is an action missing on a chat message?.

    The contact panel

The right column shows who the contact is and what already happened with them: profile, opportunities, purchases, tasks, meetings, the conversation's ticket and other blocks. At the bottom, the Attendance panel tells where the conversation stands and holds the main action (Take, Resolve or Reopen). See What does the contact panel next to the conversation show? and How to change who handles a conversation.
